The monocoque carbon fiber urn body is made using our unique ACM technology, coated with 9-layer clear lacquer and an additional layer of ceramic nano coating can be applied resulting in perfect surface finish with deep 3D feel of fibers.

ACM technology represents a breakthrough in technology and production – a special innovative technological process, developed by CDT Group for manufacturing complex hollow carbon fiber parts without joints and adhesives, produced in an autoclave.

This technology is applicable directly to the fabrication of various one-step closed-body monocoques, where no cutting, trimming, or bonding is required. In contrast to conventional bonding, ACM technology provides monocoques with supreme mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and a flawless finish.

The body/vessel of the urn is made from carbon fiber, whereas the base and the nameplate are made from a high-quality aluminum.

You can choose between a high-gloss or satin finish of the carbon fiber urn body.

The nameplate is engravable with either gold or silver text and/or a symbol where different font types are available. A custom color image can be printed. Personalization of the nameplate can be purchased separately, please see here for all details.

The nameplate can be removed and replaced with an adapter which transforms the urn into a flower vase.

The base, where the carbon-fiber urn body is mounted, is made from high grade 7075 aluminum, painted with Cerakote paint system which requires a skilled craftsman to apply it properly and maximize its properties and performance which is beyond any other painting system in the market.

The base also has a special compartment where you can store a DNA sample (e.g. lock of hair) of the deceased.

The urn can be further protected with nano coating which can be purchased as an add-on.

What’s in the package?

The urn is safely packed in a velvet coated box with everything you need to fill the urn at home, as well as maintain its perfect look and characteristics.

The box includes:

• Urn of your choice
• Bag for ashes
• Custom tool for (un)screwing the urn
• Detailing set (ceramic detailer cleaning fluid and microfibre polish wipe)

The packaging was developed to guarantee the best possible protection of the product during the transportation and while being stored, as well as easy unboxing and use.

The foam used for the inner packaging prevents the scratching of the surface and protects the urn. Its unique jig-like surface was developed to keep the urn in the right position when filling it. You can fill the urn at home seamlessly and without any potential loss of the ashes.
