What can be engraved on the nameplate?

Carbon Urns can be personalized with different engravings. When ordering the engraving, you can choose from the following options available:

Engraving techniques and colors:

• Laser:

We use laser technique for engraving of either a text or a simple symbol (such as a cross, heart etc.) There are 5 different font types available, please see below for the options.

The engraving is possible in silver or golden color. 

• Print:

The nameplates can be personalized with an image (or text) of your choice which can be color printed with a special printing technique. In this case, all (CMYK) colors can be used. If you choose this option, we will contact you and ask you to send the desired image.
 

Font types:

There are 5 different font types available for laser engraving:

• Monserrat
• Garamond
• Brush Script MT
• Arial
• Futura

Size and length of the text:

The text is engraved on the nameplate which is oval in shape (middle height: 3.2inch / 81.5mm, middle width: 2.4inch / 61mm), therefore please keep in mind that the length of the text is limited. Both upper and lowercase letters are available, but please note that Roman alphabet letters only can be used.

When placing the order for the engraving, please make sure you enter a desired copy into the dedicated field. After you submit your order, we will contact you via email you used for the purchase and send you a render of the engraving you ordered. The engraving will only be made once you’re satisfied with the suggested design and confirm it in writing.
