Payment & Delivery

Carbon Urns (owned and operated by CDT Group d. o. o.) offers a seamless and secure purchasing experience. You can place your order directly through our web store, where you will find detailed information about each urn and its customization options.

Payment

We currently accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and wire transfer.

Upon receipt of your order and payment, we will contact you to discuss your engraving preferences and provide you with design proposals.
 

Delivery

Your chosen urn will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address via DHL Express service. 

The estimated delivery time frame depends on the product and level of customisation you select:

• Etearnal PURE: This pre-designed model is in stock and ships out within 3 working days.
• Etearnal EXCLUSIVE: If not in stock, allow up to max 8 weeks for the crafting and delivery of your bespoke urn with a carbon fibier body and your choice of custom-made inserts. Please contact us for further details and current delivery times.
• Etearnal ONE: As a fully customised piece, the production and delivery timeframe for Etearnal ONE will be agreed upon based on your unique specifications.

Once your urn is on the way, DHL will contact you if any additional steps are required to finalize the delivery once your urn reaches your local customs. 

Freight time usually takes 3-5 working days to reach your destination.
