About Us

Carbon Urns started as an idea back in 2014 when its founder, who had been working in a motorcycle and automotive industry for over a decade, realized that the carbon fiber market is well developed and competitive – but only until the point where racing souls make the final curve to the road to eternity.

He embarked on a journey of developing a new type of urn unlike any other on the market – the urn, made from high-tech carbon, featuring various inserts that can be customized to resonate with the personality and passions of the person for whom the urn is intended.

We at Carbon Urns believe that everyone deserves to be remembered for much more than just the way they left this Earth, therefore we have created an eternal home for everyone who lived a grand life filled with adrenaline and passion – the Carbon Urn that reflects such a person’s lifestyle and is a reminder of their full and action filled life. The urn that is your legacy for eternity.

“When I’m gone, I want to spend eternity in a vessel that triggers my loved ones with the memories of the life I lived, rather than provoking only sad thoughts about the last chapter of my life,” was the driving force for the founder of Carbon Urns, Gašper Ovčak. He has devoted his professional life to developing and manufacturing top-end carbon fiber parts for motorcycles where every product has to be top-quality, innovative and durable.

This is also how he approached designing and prototyping the urn – with passion, extensive knowledge and vast experiences. The first final prototype was ready at the end of 2021 and he named it Carbon Urns – premium and unique urns on the crossroads where innovative carbon fiber technology meets advanced, premium and unique design.

Countless hours and all of his knowledge from over 15 years of experience in the OEM carbon fiber industry have been invested in this top-end product, where each and every part of the urn is unique – just the way he wants to eternalize his legacy once gone.
